This brief chat will determine if we go forwards to work together. They say people make the decision if they like to work with someone within the first few seconds. Once you make the decision to go with me, we can schedule further either remote or personal (socially distance meetings) at a time that works for you.
To confirm our commitment to work together I will require a 50% deposit.

I have been a doula for over 30 years and I am still extremely passionate around the support that women need to birth in a empowered and nurtured and transformative way.
You or your partner will contact me in early labour and we will decided when its best for me to come and be with you.
I will be with you from when you decide when it is best for me to come. Whether that be at home, hospital or MLU.
This is an amazing journey you have embarked on. Welcome it with joy and laughter and you will astound yourself. You can dance this baby out. Let me hold your hand and guide you.
Once your baby is born and you are doing well, I will leave you allowing you space to slip into the 4th trimester of baby moon.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
No medical intervention
As your doula I will not perform any medical procedure. My job is purely to help you emotional and physically through this process, using my experience and skill base of over 20 years.
I come armed with amazing comfort measures: like massage, craniosacral therapy, listening to you and helping you focus on your breath, supporting you to move around and find good optimal metal positions to birth to encourage and support a speeding and calm birth. Use rebozo techniques and hypno-birthing and visualisation skills to clear your mind and help you focus on the work at hand.
Make decisions for you
I will be there as your advocate and not permitted to make decisions that affect you and your baby without your direction.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
I will advocate for you and explain clearly what is said by the health care professionals in attendance.
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
I will endeavour to follow your wishes and not project my own belief systems on you. We are all unique, We all birth in our own special way. No one can tell you how you will birth. Your body and baby will lead the way. My job is to support that process to unfold.
Baby’s first feeding Support
I am passionate about breastfeeding and will support you in establishing that first feed. I won't leave you until your baby is feeding well and you are in your baby moon stage. The fourth trimester.
We can arrange a 2 - 6 week package of postpartum follow-up. Minimum: 3 hours per session.
You can also choose to come for postpartum massages or craniosacral therapy to aid your recover.
I can't always guarantee, but I am known to bring a cake or two to the postnatal visit as a celebration of your birth.
